On this occasion we are pleased to announce that the team of students of the last year of the Degree in Tourism, gathered under the initiative and with the support of the Manuel Molina Cathedra of Tourism Innovation, has been selected as one of the finalist teams to present their proposal on on the 21st of May to the FITUR TALENT jury, within the framework of FITUR 2021 in Madrid.
The contest convened, called the Fitur Talent Challenge, has offered the attention of the student community three challenges to which an efficient response had to be given, written in the form of a project. The challenge selected by the Undergraduate team was related to the Tourist Dispersion of Malaga: from the historic centers to the cities as a whole. The proposals for this framework had to present ideas and products for the improvement of the tourist distribution of the city of Malaga, relying on technological solutions. The winning team of the contest will obtain the possibility of carry out professional internships at Málaga Turismo, launching the proposal that they will present in the coming weeks at FITUR in Madrid.
The team is made up of three students, who are studying their last year of Degree in Tourism at the UMA:
